actualy its just a chip saying that the car needs to rev at x RPM adjusting it at a citroen dealer should do the job,also rally cars got another motor and more cilinders so basicly you would need a whole new engine :P
i live in DK and my uncle is driving in the danish rally championship in a Peugeot 106 kit car(also a really nice car)...last autumn we bought C2 s1600 and just WOW!!
luckily i have got my own co-driver license an so that i could get a ride in the most awesome rallycar ever :D

i think i would have to do some kind of trick to get your engine at about 8200 RPM, and then the exhaust system
