Although traditional scientific methods have difficulty measuring this sort of thing I do beleive that by directing energy with intent you can make a difference, how much difference varies from person to person. Will we ever figure it out in a way that satisfies skeptics, I doubt it. Is it worth time,effort,and considertion, I would say yes. Through my 30+ years of martial arts training I am familar with the principles this is based on.
