You call a barrel with wood shavings, a gigantic chain and clean water good living for a dog? Normal dogs have run of a yard, a decent dog house (not a barrel or some scrap wood) or they are able to come inside. Oh, and food and water isn't a luxury dude. It's a requirement.
Your dogs are living on the bare minimum of what it takes to own a dog. A dog will appear happy in a large amount of environments, especially if it is raised there and doesn't know any better. A wagging tail proves nothing.

Well cherokee county has put randalls dogs down,they said after being in there care for 2 years they were dangrous and very sick so a vet ordered them to be put down randalls family is heart broken,these dogs were there pets.even after the report from dept of agr. 6 months ago there were fine health happy playing with staff members. they became ill and mean????
on4/7/10 randall went for calander call in court on his case,his lawyer,mr kessler as filed a motion to be taken off the case randall had reced this letter on 3/29/10,he wrote a letter of responce to the court stating the reason he felt mr kessler was not representing him but when the judge read it all he could do was tell randall he had less than 48 hours to get a new lawyer or he will be locked back up!!
today i contacted cherokee and forysth counties,about there new NO tethering law,i asked them who is respoceiable if the dog gets out of the pens or fences that we are forced to use.marshall ray waters told me the homeowner is.

He shouldn't surrender his dogs.If that is what it cost them for 2 months let them go broke housing them until he goes to trial before a judge. He should have an injuntion put on his dogs as part of edvidence for his defence and his trial and protect his property. The Court would have to pick up the fee, in these hard times they will not. If and when he goes to trial and he wins he will not be responsable for the housing, for if they can not prove him at fault of the crimmal charges.Don't Plead!
