I really like 'the book of lost things'. I think this would suit for this theme. Even if it doesn't, I think you should read it. Its by John Connolly.
I would LOVE to do the review next week, but my camera is broken *cries*. For 'Living The Dream' I think I'd do Fight Club, because on one it's about a guy who's insomnia let's him do all the things he's only ever dreamed about (be stronger, smarter, sexier, braver), and on another it's about him literally living in a dream or a fantasy world. But then there the whole theme of the American dream is dead, what's a man's place in society now that women are so empowered. You should read/review it.

But a recent one was that my mom & were in a submarine that was on a rollercoaster track made out of concrete. The sub kept turning upside down, but our feet stayed stuck to the floor! Yeah, strange.
I was just wondering, d'you reckon Hunger Games is too girly (for lack of a better word). I can't decide if I wanna buy get it as my Christmas present for my brother or not. x) It's a brilliant, brilliant book, though. :}
Weirdest dream; I dreamed me and my class went on a school trip and got attacked by zombies a la "28 days later..." Didn't freak me out, though. x} ... I probably shouldn't be telling people that. ;P
Weirdest dream? Don't get me started. I could practically write a novel about all the weird dreams I've had...maybe I should have done that for NaNoWriMo!
Before I go, I must say I'm a bit jealous that you're talking about summer when here winter is just coming...any way you'd be willing to trade climates? ;-)

Lessons I learned from schoolies:
1. You cannot stay both awake and intoxicated for more than 24 hours without going insane.
2. Keep your phone away from people.
3. Booze does not make you better at Guitar Hero.
4. REALLY keep your phone away from people.
5. Surfing is impossible while drunk.
