Very cool! So glad you posted this! I am going to Aruba in July and would LOVE to see a nurse shark. I plan on snorkeling at Baby Beach, but not diving there. So I don't think I'll be deep enough to see any sharks. Is it possible to see them in the more shallow water? Thanks again, great video!
Yeah, I'm guessing for me to see something like that, I'll have to be diving and getting deeper. Were you out there on your own or with a group that took you out there? If so, what group? I plan on diving as well, I'm getting certified this summer before I go, and I'd really like to see some sharks while I'm there!
Thanks again. I'll have to look them up. From what I gather, the Baby Beach reef is one of the best places to see some sharks, so I'll want to go there for sure.
I read about that, but I've never been diving in my life, so after I get certified this summer, I'm sure I'll have to do something simple while I'm down there.
hey hi i am stephen ive been snorkeling allot there and i know a thin or two if you want to see a nurse shark here's what you gonna do go with a little food at the spot that you are snorkel dump it there and go away the next they come back and you will find 1 or more that one nurse shark
So you've actually been able to get them to the "snorkel" area with food? That might be dangerous, but cool none the less. So I'm talking the 15 - 20 foot range, where you would be snorkeling...

Wease7,
Chances of seeing a (Nurse) shark while snorkeling at Baby Beach seem very very slim to me. Anyway good luck and I hope you have lots of fun there.

I was diving with a dive shop located at Baby Beach called Jads. They come highly recommended.

The superb "Cabes Reef" near Baby Beach, is your best chance to see sharks, however it is a very advanced (and extreem) dive.
