The concept is cool and certainly innovative but when one actually experienced the horroroble support HP is all about... which SUCKs both by online calls and email exchanges... stay away!!! HP, your greatest success is bad and awsum thumbs DOWN feedbacks & dissatisfied reviews by end-users which is NOT good for retailers nor buyers who hates being treated with disrespect!!! I hope Samsung comes out with a similar but as always, worthy machines & excellent support... ;)

Does the zeen have flash?...i know its not really needed for something thats used for printing but maybe it could come in handy...

In general, I am very dissatisfied with HP software (for my printer). Also their support: they force customers to do things one doesn't want, just try to get maximum profit, and don't help. HP sucks

i am an HP IPG tech support, i will not recommend this printer to customers, aside from a not user friendly printer it is also a challenge for us tech supports to walk customers on the features... lots of customers are complaining that this is just a waste of money... the design is flashy yet it's not user friendly coz not all people are technically savvy, thou tech supports can walk them through still customers are not satisfied by how this sophisticated machine works.

I just brought one today this printer rocks ass the best I've seen so far. I found one online for 275 and had it price match at the store just saved myself 125 dollars.
