This is a Honda HSV-010,

It goes like hell and there are race versions of it. pretty popular in japan.

The race version is a honda HSV-010 GTR.

is not really a nsx , its the model that succedes it , what i've heard so far is that it will not be produced because of its engine ( a f1 v8 or v10 idk) it makes the car fast but it gets a very fragile engine

that's not an actual paint job dude. Manufacturers do that while testing to disguise the actual shape and flow of the car. You can't really see the body lines because of the white stripes. It's a spy video, not an actual reveal.

It reminded me alot of the new Nissan 370Z, it sounds like a very high strung V8.
