  • These type of dishes require acquired tastes, I suppose. I wouldn't recommend them for picky eaters, lol. Medicinal broths from the older Korean heritage; great to have in cold weather or when you're sick. Imagine a more medicinal Chicken soup? Haha.

    And that blackened ingredient may seem unappetizing to Westernized viewers, but that is simply a Black Chicken, which is known for it's medicinal benefits in Asian cuisine. It tastes the same as a regular Chicken, if not slightly sweeter.

  • this is how to korean eat meat,,western people like to eat meat row,,, not boiled well , they like soft meat ,, we korean want to eat soft meat too. spand a lot of time to boil meat, but it is good to eat,,it's asian way.
