Funny they say gender's more of an issue than race, implying it's more difficult for women in washington then men of ethnic minorities. Bull. There may be a black president, but the feminist lobby in washington is one of the most powerful and influential lobbies, far more than any one representing ethnic minority interests. Just recently in fact, Obama froze all spending on non-military programs--the only exceptions being programs for women. I wonder why this is?

@WonderBread006 I have read Massachusetts has the most educated population of all the states. I can't remember all the states that follow, but New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Virginia are ranked high.

@kenleemar Pennsylvania is actually the 11th highest educated state.  And has top 10 hardest standardized tests in the country, and many pass the tests. This is just education, you have to remember there are people over 40 who maybe be dropouts or live out in the country. Vermont is number one and arizona is number 50, dumbest state.
