  • @dabcore Hey, if you know some Africans who are willing to sit down and talk with some African-Americans over here. Then i will be more than happy to go to Africa and work, research, relax and even retire. All the natural beauty of Africa is nothing compared to how it was before the Europeans came. God bless Africa with peace and unity.

  • Out of the top 20 fastest growing countries in the world 13 are African countries. If that keeps up, Africa will be a very different place in 20 years. Go Africa!!

  • I just hope they don't let a flood of whites and other non-blacks in as soon as Africa offers a decent standard of living. We all know it wouldn't be long before whites were taking credit for everything there.

  • @mymarkis666 lol i know right? the minute black people have something going good for themselves, white and other races come along and start to capitalize on that.or black people sell out for less.if we would just get together and demand what we want and stand by those demands, then i'm pretty sure we can profit from our own riches.

  • Yoooo i m from Belgium (Europa) and i like Ethiopia an Egypt!!!

  • LOVE YOU AFRICAN PEOPLE, LET WORK OUR BUTTOFF TO BECOME THE BEST CONTINENT AGAIN, LIKE OUR PARAO ANCIENT WHERE, WE AFRICANS HAVE EVERYTHING TO BECOME THE BEST EVER, LETS FOR OUR FUTURE AND THE FUTURE OF OUR CHILDREN ;)

  • This is good to see. Africa has a long long way to go but if they keep working at it they can succeed. Dem Rep Congo has $25 trillion worth of resources.

  • @TheCaliCapitalist but the people in charge squander most of it

  • new mombasa

  • eco city in naija will stand out:period

  • Is shame how the south mimics in the west, and west is taking advantage of south. So what if france aided libya, they have no moral wright to ask a percentage of there oil, thats if some idiot never read the term and conditions, then you really need help. Like for example you should scrap so called 'masterplan' and just stick to the basics of refurbishing war torn houses is alot cheaper.

  • Since when did Sameer business park ended up being in Mombasa? This guys doesn't know what he is talking about.

  • Love this upload, nice music, to the point. It is very researched. Please upload more like this.

  • Angola has three cities in the top 10 does not surprise me one bit.

  • Comment removed

  • Yeah! Angola FTW!! Many of these projects are already a solid reality! Go go Angola motherland! :D

  • This video needs to be updated the fastest growing city in africa now is Konza city in kenya. Cost $7billion. Africa's first sillicon valley.

  • This is all being build by Chinese money, China is taking over africa

  • @Crim13

I think you need to get your facts straight. Just because you do business with somebody does not mean they are taking you over.

  • whats the song?

  • @dathrevann birdman loyalty

  • @congo4us thanx

  • @dathrevann thank you

  • nice i love this, Mother Africa for Life.

  • @MSAKIBOY1 Kwani dada'ako ndio mtu wakudanganywa hivyo?

  • Kigamboni City along the Dar es salaam peninsula should be in the top 2.

  • @bantugbro kamdanganye demu wako

  • y1Usi8DrC8&feature=related

  • I would like to get lazy in this cotinent for a long time doing nothing and enjoying it .

  • Abuja!!!!

  • Windhoek is no doubt the best!

  • ..grandiose, glitzy blueprints indeed in a continent still grappling with chronic poverty, insecurity, disregard for human dignity, oscillating between conflict &calm, families fighting for their survival, political regimes fighting to extend their rule, weak states are simply geographical aspirations on a map, filled with destitution and squalor?? our perpetual consternation with the pace of development in the developed world has truly blurred our vision,we’ve ignored our priorities!!

  • @ajasetto45 I love this comment, very true of African countries. At the root of all these problems are the failed and dysfunctional institutions of governance and poor laws and policies, yet they ignore these and want to embark on ludicrous ambitious projects in the name of growth and development. The current revolutions going on now will attest to this.

  • About dam time a good sign of AFRICA is improving and growing using THEIR RESOURCES to build. Hopefully all of this will get done with all of the people being involved and benefiting. If AFRICA would not have been targeted by the CIA, M15, M16, French intelligence, alot of AFRICAN countries would have many places like this. And there would be no need for any african to leave AFRICA. GOD BLESS AND SPEED,.

  • I dont know where are u from, It's nice to watch such video but if u have been in those cities before you wouldn't believe those projects so easily.. I'm really hoping to see such projects asap but looks like still have so much to go to me as I'm an investor and have a big construction company in Africa.

  • ^^ Fastest growing City in Angola is either Lagos, Luanda or Sandton........

    FACT!!!!!

  • @Zamzaki1

    1-Africa, I mean Lagos, Nigeria

    2-Luanda, Angola

    3-Sandton, South Africa

  • @Zamzaki1 why the hell do nigerians feel they can rep africa? they are the most corrupt, selfish and culturally bankrupt people on the continent. I'D RATHER BE A POOR ETHIOPIAN FOR A THOUSAND YEARS THAN A NIGERIAN FOR A SINGLE DAY!

  • @doublew84 Ethio what? stfu Naija all day. We shit all over Ethiopia. Better believe it!

  • @DILIORA2 nobody is shitting over nobody here...ethiopia is growing very fast and soon will be a force...i am not ethiopian but i know this...they are a member of G20 nigeria is not...we gotta stop this stupid competition and be happy for each other...

  • @simbakafiri lol u are comparing Ethiopia with Nigeria now? PPPLLLLEEEEAAASSSEEE!!!!

  • @DILIORA2 wow wud u say that? ethiopians are ur brothers too why are you trying to make some1 feel lower. that is a white mentality

  • @heckler171 No you are wrong! Ethiopians dont even accept they are black.

  • @DILIORA2 so it doesnt mean you should walk around boastful that is why blacks are so divded

  • @heckler171 no i didnt, he first started talking shit about Nigeria.

  • @DILIORA2 First of all this list is all good news for Africa so am happy no matter who is 1st or 10th. As an Ethiopian the things you said offended me because Ethiopians suffered from Europeans equal, if not more, to their African brothers. Get your facts straight before you mislead people. Ethiopians are Black Africans and will always be. Stop your divisive trash...I have good Nigerian friends and they are not like what you are.

  • @DILIORA2 lol ok maybe in soccer. but what else you got? jack shit....you dont represent Africa. you represent evertything that is wrong in africa.

  • @doublew84 u wish.

  • i think lagos should be number 1

  • @MrBlackguy28 go suck on yo momma's tite

  • thanks for this video i watch a few times a week

  • @SpecTrey85 thank you very much

  • now is the time to invest in Africa...

    great video!

  • Fact: Kenya and Ethiopia are the only 2 countries in the top 10 without Oil. Impressive.

  • @chaimoto Oil means bigger problem from the western world. So if you dont have oil, thank your God.

  • If you are black and tired of the racism and discrimination, confused gender roles and plain old difficulties of life in the US or Europe, consider Africa as a new choice for a life. But be prepared and get as much knowledge and applicable skills as you can embarking on that journey as a pioneer

  • @dabcore Nah they should stay. They will be useful when Africa rises again and we invade them. Racism is alright and normal. Blacks don't like other races as well.

  • @TemplarX2 WHITE SUPREMACY MENTALITY WORKING OVER TIME GLOBALLY I AM A BLACK AMERICAN AND I LOVE LOVE ONLY MY BLACK PEOPLE EVERYWHERE GLOBALLY "THE ALL THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE " BLESS ALL THE CONTINENT OF AFRICA TO UNITE UNITY WITH LOVE OF ALL OF HER BLACK SKINNED HUEMAN BEINGS MAY AFRICA REMAIN A BLACK SKINNED CONTINENT FOREVER AND FOREVER AFRICAN IS THE ONLY HOPE FOR PLANET EARTH RACISM FASCISM IS ON THE RISE IN WHITE EUROPEAN COUNTIES TRULY WHITE CAUCASIAN SH#T HOLES DEMONIC EVIL!!!!!!!

  • @dabcore can i come if i am white

  • I've been in the states my entire life and now have friends from Ethiopia so I planning my first trip there soon. Its good to see the progressiveness and growth of the cities even though I'm not as knowledgeable about their accuracy and ratings..Nevertheless, Thanks for the video that offers some insight...By the way, who is the the artist of the music playing?

  • Luanda is indeed the fasted growing city in Africa, but this video doesn't show the best undergoing project of that city.

  • Where us Accra on this top ten growing cities. Accra is really improving and the economy of Ghana is also improving. Where is Abuja, abijan. Poster I think u r in love with southern and eastern African countries. The west African country that was uncluded was Lagos.

  • @MrBigo7510 of course Ghanas got loads of oil !

  • @MrBigo7510 most growths due to resources are in the east and southern Africa...and remember east and south are the access route to Asia where the biggest market for african resources are based...that said, i think africa needs to come together as a one huge nation...i am glad Ghana is moving up and we are rooting for you...don't let obama near that oil

  • fastest growing city, in terms of economy - Juba, Sudan.

  • @nubian377 The whole of Africa is gowring now, billions of inflowing capital from China and rest of the world !

U really think that Sambizanga is greater than The Cite de Fleuve or Soyo Project ? according to a british company called: Lonrho; once completed both soyo and Cite du fleuve will be the best revolution africa has ever made.. there even a plan to bound an Super Motorway to Cite de Fleuve-Cabinda-Soyo... Cite du Fleuve is number one, this will cost now 17 billion if the 2 riviera cities included, soyo will cost 8 billion including the airport and express motorway to DRC toward Cabinda

  • congo4us rocks

  • @trickson007 thanks man.....

  • kinshasa is better

  • @Isaac13ify ya right

  • Very good job on the selection and music. But to me cite du fleuve is my number one coz it will be a drastic change from what Kinshasa is and what it might be in the future. This will bring exposure and more opportuinities to our people. Luano city is very attractive too and i know katumbi is very good at keeping promises. so Good job again and keep us posted on any progress through images.

    Thank you

  • @congo4us You are the best for posting this. I mean the absolute best!!!! To see our people doing big things like this makes me want to move back to the Motherland right now. Seriously, I am really contemplating moving to an area where we are the dominate culture and in leadership. Thanks for posting this. It made my day.
