This is just one of the many remixes and came out in 2008. Pitbull sampled the original song in 2010, and Jason Derulo sampled the original song in 2011. So I have no idea why you think Michael Mind copied Jason Derulo and Pitbull just because you heard the other versions first does not mean they came up with it.
