does anyone else get a real euphoric, "flushed" feeling when doing these??
i notice that my face tingles, mr cheeks go rosy, a vein (or something) just under my jaw seems to make my whole face flush and when i look in the mirror i look really rejuvinated?
Hi, I'm curious if the title of this clip is correct, are the four people pictured all teachers? I believe that it is best to have your legs straight when performing rite 2. Thanks
@Lemure333 In the book he also suggests rubbing raw (unsalted) butter on the hair. You can download at my website T5T dot com for free. To be honest I've only seen someone with grey sideburns have much improvement in terms of going darker. I think it would be in the news if hair really went totally dark again! Re arthritis, it does improve joint mobility see "real" testimonials at T5T dot com plus list of benefits most commonly achieved. Better to do it than do nothing that's for sure!

Often I do...It really works! Try. Breathing properly and feeling the body contact with the floor or ground. Can be done before sleep,too. Are not exiting and make good sleep. Ciao!
Some people find they slow them down at night and can sleep well, but many people find the opposite - that they stimulate them too much and they have a light sleep. So be prepared to experiment and find what suits you.

@AbAeterno1 They are straight! It's the shape made by the various trousers particularly the brown ones that make them look a bit bent.
