  • This kind of thing would be very useful if you were on a plane with a terrorist and he was attacking you. I would love to be the one to take him out.

  • Why all defence knife that I see on youtube show grab hand & disarme.

    How is possible?

Is sufficient try this type of defence with:

    - wood knife (or however knife not sharp)

    - and not collaborative opponent

After this try will be clear that disarming will possible only 5-10% of time.

The only possible knife defence can be perfomed using directly punch, hit and movement.

  • Nice pijamas.. basic defence against "knife attacks": run. If you can't run, protect the inside of your arms, with a high guard, shoulders up to protect your neck, keep the inside of your thights turned in.. the reason for this is the neck, inner arms and thighs and, of course torso, all contain, arteries, veins and organs that, if cut and bled, will give you about 90secs before you either fall into a state of shock or bleed to death.. Offer real survival skills instead of this Jackie Chan B.S..

  • I'd only use technics like this if the someone were going to stab me and I had no other way besides defending myself to give me time to run away.

  • This is shit! Please forget what you have seen this is not wing tzun!

  • LOL...shit

  • Comment removed

  • i heard stabn wounds to the head hella hurt cuz my cuzin got stabbed multiple times and he said the stab wounds to the head were the most painful

  • who tries to stab somebody in the head?

  • @kapoof2 The guys in the "Coold Steel knives" videos?

  • the chances of you using this is like 1 in a million and the chances of this succeeding is also 1 in a million because the other dude is probably not just gonna let you grab his wrist and knee him in the elbow and then kick him

  • crap

  • Or you could just continue the wristlock in technique 1...

  • 實戰~早被刺趴了

  • 實戰~找界播刺了

  • This is not wing chun defense, you've gotta watch a master

  • what a load of shit, love wing tsun...but this can only be described as "balls"

  • forget the knee n kick, you wanna snap that wrist has hard as you can! then u can go into a takedown

  • id love to chi sao that girl all night long (with respect of course)

  • That's helpful, but once again, usually people will use a knife if they know they can't beat you unarmed or just a random robbery, but I would try to twist the hand and get rid if the knife as soon as possible, before I attack the knee, at this point, the hand is more important, so usually, disarm the attack, rid of the weapon, THEN do whatever, bur don't ever leave the weapon in his hand while attaking him.

  • The first and third defences wouldn't ever work. The second one might possibly.

  • watch

  • any way this guy is like actor of neo in matrix!!!

    he is like keanu reeves

  • the attacker arm not gona be streached so enable the girl to do the technik

    ust think it real man!

  • even ip chun or founder ip man cant have that much speed to stop the free knife movement i think its not gono work in real life

  • @ali404040 it's all about training.

  • @BULLIER8 hi

i think its more fiction than reality

  • @ali404040 yes but it's better that you learn self defence...that consists of hand to hand attack rather then carrying a knife? gun? pole? walking around the streets... well in america you could carry a gun.. but my country singapore law forbits it. So.. ya.

  • @BULLIER8 yes man ye. i hope its can be usefull

    i hope so

i dont like voilance i dont like carry knife and such things

i hope these technic can work in real

  • not good demonstration he could kill her in real situation!

not just wating for her to do tecnick

he could change the knife angle and easilly cut her

  • @ali404040 wing chun is about speed she must do it fast so he could not change the angle of the knife and cut her

  • Pull out your CCW and shoot the fucker who's trying to stab you.

  • this is just BAD. im in a wing tsun class and this is NOT wat they teach.

  • This is a joke, right? These people are actors, right? I hope so, otherwise it is very very sad.

  • check out the defend againts the 'psycho' style attack.....her bong sau is......what is that man.....that's like smelling her armpit....bong sau must be lower than what she showed.....

  • what the hell the girl could of got killed that better not of been a real knife!!!

  • NEVER guide the knife back over your throat/ body, once you got it controlled...

  • Given the size differential I don't see the defender successfully warding off a real force knife attack.

  • crudvelch is pretty much rite...if you see someone with a knife then avoid them and if they go towards you just run. Defending yourself like this is if you get cornered or have no chances of running away.

  • bruv these poeple are pussys

  • Funny......the description says "learn more about defending yourself from a professional martial artist"....you could read that funnily lol

  • disarm and use the weapon against your attacker is enough however you should use it when the situation calls for it. use it only when your life is in real danger. here in cebu, robbers usually ask for your valuables and kill you when they got what they want. no flashy moves, its either kill or be killed.

  • ok, so that we will have less casualties: what you see here is very good and entertaining for SHOW OFFS only! In real life, if you're faced with a knife just get the hell out of the way. No martial art will disagree that best course of action in situations like these is: Run. Even a drunk guy with no skill on the knife can seriously harm you with minimum effort. Do not try to play hero. If you're getting mugged just give your money away, it's not worthy giving your life instead.

  • wow so many "experts" leaving comments, put up or shut up.

  • kneeing an elbow? lol.

  • I'm sorry, but no....those may work on some one who has no training or skill, but will get you killed if the person knows how to knife fight, or is a skilled MA. Too complicated, too many moves, too many open doors for the attacker to strike with leg or free hand.>>>>studying MA for almost 40 years...

  • Lol nuadagodofwar...if you learn from this guy you wil be wrong.. YOu ahve to learn from someone who came from a real master. Even deciples arent always as good as teaching as the sifu

  • have any of you guys ever been attacked with a knife. I have, and thankfully managed to stay alive using wing chun. I think this guy would easily disarm someone with a knife in a real life situation using the same technique. Are any of you instructors ???

  • the parry and kick are very good i would save the wrist lock for after he is on his knees

it would be more effective that way.

but other then that not bad for giving ppl an idea of how things work :)

  • Having now watched this over and over, I feel very strongly that you are endangering people by showing poor, ineffective techniques which only work because things are slowed and because the girl is allowed to get away with poor techniques. It is not her fault-she can only do as she has been shown. We need to design a filter to prevent bad WingChun from being shown on the Tube.

  • but anyway.....those 'attacks' are never used.....thrusting like that is the japanese style, like in karate etc, which are attacks used against armour.....not unarmed attackers!!!

......It became a Western tyoe of thing....totally wrong! and sorry to say, but someone who has a nickname like selfdefenceexpert.....is an egomaniac.

  • terrible....:)

  • as soon as the knife comes out you'd get a massive surge of adrenelin and you would lose fine motor skills in a flash. even with training it's hard. we trained a grabbing technique for ages and it only worked about 50% of the time. the stabs are too quick and with intention as opposed to a half arsed stab and stop.

  • You're right. Development of techniques reliant on gross motor skills is the key. It's not pretty, but it works more often.

  • also anytime someone is holding the blade point down and the knife edge pointing toward themselves becareful they have had some knife training for trapping you with the blade. main thing is noone is gonna hold the knife still for 1 second for a big crirle move they pull the knife back and your cut.run if you can or pick up anything you can get your hands on. finish it quickly

  • I have trained Wing Tsun for some time and I hold the second degree in it. But I was forced to stop training because I got in trouble with a student. When seeing this however it makes me glad that I stop training Wing Tsun. All the defences against the knife except the last one sucks! Email me if you wants to know exactly why I think so.

  • Juding Wing Tsun on this guys videos is like judging all white people on Benjamin Disraelis actions!

  • eso no es Ving Tsun, eso es una mierda

    that isn´t ving tsun , it´s a shit

  • Oh, Kali (philipino martial art) also has some great knife defense.

  • yup anyone that wants to learn knife defense needs to study philipino martial arts.they are the best also you train weapons BEFORE empty hand.builds great sensitivity lol

  • 1. Before you say this defence is inadequate, propose a better one 2. If you practice the technique and the reflex, these techniques can be done. It's about developing the reflex/muscle memory, not memorizing it in your head.

  • yes, inadequate. what about the rest of the movement? disarm maybe?

  • Also the girl leaves herself too static on the initial thrust, not taking herself far enough away from the initial attack and lets the attacker have an opportunity to have another stab by releasing his arm so she only has one arm controlling his much stronger arm.

  • right on!

  • Absolutely inadequate and a danger to those watching who will take this away and try to rely on what they've seen in a real situation. The initial defense is weak, the wrist lock is not executed to a point where the attacker is unable to recover his balance/attack and the counter attack is not a fight winner.

  • Yes. If you are practising the correct technique in the first place. To commit a poor technique to muscle memory is worse than relying on your natural insinct to get you out of trouble. The girl is only able to defend the lunge because it is half hearted and not commited enough. The "Instructors" arm is fully locked out and he is still only just in range. Not reality.

  • A rubber knife is a really threatening weapon compared to a 3 foot machete and I hope no one has to find out the reality of this 1st hand or think up a defence for this when 3 guys attack you ,one with a 3 foot tool.

  • Only had 1 serious knife attack and that wasn't a knife but a machete ,got a 1 inch scar on my wrist from its tip ,but here today as fast on my toes and he only had the opportunity of one swipe with the blade which I avoided by jumping backwards, before I sidestepped him and was taking big steps up the road, before he had the chance to back swing.

If you haven't a longer weapon or the desire to get cut up I do not recommend you engage attacker with a knife.

  • I believe the Khmer have the right idea in regards someone attacking you with a knife.

Shoot the m/f with a kalashnikov or 9mm beretta.

not all knife wielders are idiots, doing the psycho stab or straight arm jab.

I would recommend using an umbrella or walking stick as these innocuous items may save your life when being attacked in the street,a telescopic baton works well on knife attackers as well, they cannot stab to well with a broken wrist.

    fortune favours the prepared mind.

  • lol that's us Cambodians. Try to pull a knife on us and we pull a bigger weapon and shoot your ass lmao! Seriously though it's all about *not* playing fair, which is why you don't either. I got pulled into a boxing match one time because I jumped somebody for being an asshole. He complained it wasn't fair.

  • i dnt see 3 being hellmful . also that is what i fear of all.

  • This does not work!! I know the knife defense they use in: Karate, Taekwondo, Taijitsu, Ju-Jitsu, Tai Chi Chuan, Kickboxing and I have also done a test against an opponent that really tries to hurt me with the knife (not a real knife of course). And trust me on this for what I say comes from an expert: these knife defenses are some of the worst shit defenses I ever seen!!!

  • it does work. All technique is useless in real life if u havent learnt how to deal with fear and excitement, the pressure of being in a real life situation. if u can remain calm u will get through it

  • I don't see 1 nor 3 being helpful... especially note 3. But 2 looks good.

  • Under pressure, these over-complex techniques will only served to get you killed.

  • coming from a man that doesnt practice

  • Oh, I practice hero121385.

27 years of martial arts. 10 years on the doors.

  • No one is going to stand there and let you 'trap' the knife. At best, trapping will buy you a little time, but most trapping just wastes time and energy.

  • I hope i never had to fight a guy with a knife. Anti-Knife-Techs are only useable when the attacker is a complete newbie and have no idea using this thing or you stand at a 100 metre deep cliff.

  • this is no "wing tsun" block of a knife. it's like every other defense, just stop the knife and bring opponent down...

  • I know that when you train, you train and spar as if the person is bigger, faster and stronger. Just tired of people watching wing chun videos and saying " well their not going full speed" or "What happens if he does this" These videos are only demonstrations to help poele understand. If the video is done at full speed, it stops becoming a demonstration and starts becoming a hollywood action fight scene.

  • I give a lot of Martial Art schools credit for trying there best to defend against a knife attack. The problem is though that when you have an attacker with a knife going at full speed it so so much harder. When I train in Knife Fighting with the same knife the guy used in the video all rubber knives. I would of easily been dead every time. I just want to point out it's good to train against a knife but expect to get cut with your mind telling you to prepare yourself. Run, Hide, or Fly #1 rule

  • Your right about how a good knife fighter attacks close. But the chances are if your walking on the street and someone tries to mug you and they have a knife, their probably not a skilled knife fighter and they will tend to lunge or just stab forward. My instructor says if your in a knife fight, expect to get cut. These drills limit the chances of being stabbed, but not being cut.

  • key word there is "tend." The point you make is valid but its the streets. To assume he isn't a skilled knife fighter almost guarantees you getting stuck. You have to train and drill and prepare as if every knife fighter you see is a pro or a master at knife fighting.

  • I'm a knife fighter. I've been training in knife fighting for over one year now. All these video's teach you is technique. It's the drills that make a knife fighter not the technique. I've sparred with my instructor knife vs knife, full contact also. If we used real knives we both be dead. To many Martial Art schools are looking for proven ways not to get cut and disable the attacker. It doesn't work like that in a real word situation. 1st Rule in knife fighting. Run, HIde or Fly!

  • i agree...and in most cases, a good knife fighter doesn't attack from so far away but up close and personal! Amatuers attack they way this guy demos!!!

  • Actually what I learned in Practical Knife Fighting was you want to be in Largo-Mono (long range) where the attackers knife can not reach me but my knife can reach his knife holding wrist. You cut his wrist tendons and he drops the knife when you move back all at once. This is called "Defanging the snake". You do this you will beat a person 9 out of 10 times. This is the most important thing in a knife vs knife fight.

  • oh definitely in a knife vs knife sure....but a knife vs empty hand...a good knife attacker would most likely not reveal his knife but simply get up close and strike/slash. But definitely, if they have a knife and you know it and you have one too, "mano largo" is definitely preferred

  • Yes, out of all the Martial Arts the biggest bunch of non-sense is with knives. Martial Art schools are looking for a proven way not to get cut and that's never the case. People have told me the craziest things how to not get cut in a knife attack. The Art I train In Practical Knife Fighting we simulate the most realest scenario for a real life attack. And the least we do is technique and the most we do is drills. We also spar full contact. And that is how you get good in any Martial Art

  • The only thing that really helps on a knife attack: Run for your fucking life!

  • It worry's me that you say you shouldn't kick to the 'nuts' or 'testicles'. On the street there are no rules or code of conduct. If i need to poke the eye, bite, clap the ears or kick a 6'5" psycho in the nuts to stop him I will. You don't get a second chance and you can't say hang on lets start again I got that technique wrong. Train with intention to use it. Even though hopefully you never do. Unfortunately there are people out there trained in martial arts too who are out to do bad things.

  • A fracture to the pubis bone is much more devastating that a kick to the nuts. Believe me, I support doing as much damage as possible. I'm going to break that person that attacks me and I don't care if I blind them, put them in a wheelchair, or end their life.

  • Mmmm ok, good luck with your training. Peace out.

  • I should also make clear that aiming for the pubis will likely damage the testicles in the process. Best.

  • but different situation is when you're standing face to face an angry Maniac with real blade that wants to KILL YOU instead a master in a Dojo with a plastic knife lol

  • Yes, thats why I always tell that a fight its 90% mental, doesnt matters ur strenght... but neither ur skills if you cant deal with the situation.. thats the hards point in martial arts, to get an indisturbable focus on what your doing... Its hard to control oneself, more than appears to be.. we are very conditioned to our biochemical and our rutines...

  • Knee to elbow? Just kick him in the nuts!!

  • Notice she's on the outside. She can't knee him in the nuts from there, and she doesn't want to be on the inside since it's a much more dangerous position for her.

  • Hi cioccolatosexy,

If she has a good lock on his wrist rotating it to the outside, the groin will be exposed even more than what it is in the initial attack. I wouldn't suggest a knee, but a fast and hard kick to the groin will bring the attacker down fast. I know how effective a kick to the groin is because i have experienced it myself. Believe me it is incapacitating. It still puts her at a distance. I agree you don't want to be on the inside and should always avoid it if possible.

  • I said knee when I meant to say kick. I don't dispute the effectiveness of a kick to the groin (and the target should always be the pubis bone or the hip joint itself, not the nuts) but there are many other options available. From her position I happen to like the kick to the attacker's knee.

  • Agree, the kick to the side of the knee or back of the knee is good. And should put the attacker in hopefully a workable position to incapacitate him or run away. But this guy has a knife. My experience is people who pull a knife are very desperate and often high on drugs or alcohol. The quicker you can nullify an attack or verbally diffuse it the better I say.

  • And yes there are many options available. Thanks for your comments it is always good to debate technique in the hope to learn something new and enhance our self defense arsenal. salute

  • dude, please tell me you're joking

  • there is a weakness in the first technique is that when doing the knee attack, the guy could've hooked her with his left hand. she could block with her right but will lose her balance cuz she's standing on one leg, or she'll get hit cus she is too close to the guy and cant block in time.

  • yea, the pity thing is, if the world is full of pussies like you we'll be dead, i now know you are one of those friendless student sitting by yourself with no one else to talk to, you envy other students, you get low grades, you sit behind the computer trying to learn kung fu but you are too dumb for it, you are likely to live a sh1t life as you and your wife got mugged but you ran off without her, now she's pregnant with a baby that doesnt belong to you

  • ya. uh huh...

whatever u say my keyboard warrior.

i sense that you sound a bit angry.

    just calm down a "mate".

  • from what ive seen wing tsun is good vs unarmed. armed however, those techniques, unless your perfect and the guy is uncoordinated and not dedicated to slicing you, will get you cut bad. if you ever fight vs a knife, you will get cut. always, no doubt. just the degree at which you get cut is what matters. a little scratch can be chosen over a 30cm slice. im not sure, but im a bit skeptical about wing tsun and their knife defences. perhaps a weakness of this art i would think, as all arts have.

  • The best defence is always distance, especially against a knife. But if i was lucky enough to block a knife attack, i would definately go for the attackers eyes, and not try some "fancy" wristgrap.

I like this guys other vids tho, nice basic intro to wing chun teckiques.

  • You're right, best thing to do is completely damage opponent as quick as possible, in the most lethal way you can since it is life threatening. And yes, distance is always the best defense.

  • This is NOT what i learned where i train! and that guy is going to get some one killed.

  • i agree with IIn003 as well. if someone comes at you with a knife they arent just gonna attack once and wait for u to do that. also if u miss your hand will get sliced on the knife which at that point they will attack again and X)X

  • i agree with

lln003. if u see a knive run because nobody attack with a knife like this dude do this. i do wing chun since 6 years and i wouldn't fight against a knife. imagine he attacks like an maniac u have no chance he hits you some where defently.

  • only an amateur would attack from far, with good form, overreach his attack, pause at the end of the attack to let you do all the kung fu stuff.

These simulated situations are pure fantasy!

Practice these moves and you will be killed on the streets!

  • agreed.

  • these techniques are unrealistic! Pure nonsense.

I you see a knife. Just run! run your ass off!

  • bye pussy

  • what?

i don't get it. or are you talking about me or about the technique?

  • i said you want to run, so run boy run

  • uh huh. i'll run for sure.

and if you want to stay and be a hero, then my best wishes to you. or should i say best wishes to soon to be filet o-fish dude (posthumously).

make sure you leave a will behind to your family. You're my hero.

i'd rather be a living pussy, then a dead fagot.

  • yeah id run too if I could.. if that was not an option or I felt so inclined to protect someone else then I would just dynamically follow that natural inspiration and.. well like everyone "do what I have to do" regardless of out come etc.. anyway everyone is so critical of this dude.. dont they know kung fu skill lies in the practitioner and not the teacher? personally I find kung fu everywhere.. driving.. doing laundry.. cooking.. all applicable positions that i test out with human bodies

  • I've actually been attacked more than once by someone with a knife. In the first encounter I just kicked it out of his hand, which busted his thumb. But then I used to train my kicks a lot more back then. In a more recent encounter I actually used a similar wrist lock, except I used my full body momentum to force the wrist to twist and nearly broke it before he fell to he ground. I don't think this technique is very good, but the idea is in the right area. Ya just gotta close the distance.

  • too idealistic. Against an experienced knife wielder, probably end up dead. In real life, the knife attack will be preceded by a feint or a punch.

  • Yup, lots of self defence style martial arts seem to draw in knife defence moves. If you want to drill knife defence get on the tredmill, or get a rubber training knife and a sparring partner and practice random differing attacks. you will soon find what works and what simply doesnt. if somone is determined to stab you, they probibly will.

  • Good call, Cal. People rely on a belief that what's taught should work. Crazy people with knives are not predictable. The best way to train is with someone actually trying to get ya, but with a practice knife.

  • am I the only person who thinks he looks like keanu reeves..??

  • All the previous comments are very good in regards to the poor knife defense demonstrated here. WC offers a great deal of effective tools to deal with a knife attack but things must be altered to take into account the 6" of sharp steel at the end of the hand. My advice, find a really good knife fighter to spar with, learn what WC things work well and what needs to be eliminated or modified.

  • Thats a really terrible way to defend against a knife. The basic disarms in Kali and Arnis are way better than this stuff.

  • it is also dependant on the lineage of the instructor...where Kali is more open to interpritation...wing chun practicioners take random techniques and use them in a scenario...thus allowing more techniques but not nesicarily the set kali/arnis ones..

  • there is no grabbing in wing tjun and defenitely not to a knife attack

  • i would not say that, sometimes it might make sense to grab the knife hand, because you cannot afford the attacker to pull back and try again - so one hand grabs the hand - while your you break his arm with your opposite shoulder or something similar fun.

the big mistake shown here is to use both hands grabbing the one attacking knife hand, totally ignoring that most attackes have a 2nd arm.

I would finish him off with my free hand, instead trying to disarm him with nice looking ineffienct mov

  • yes, that first move looks a bit like suacide, i think the girl has also no musckle power in her wrist to succesfully twist this guys arm in a real fight.

The second move looks a bit more logical to me, but i am affraid he could easyly rotate(he is teaching this wing chun wrist rotation himself in his movies) his wrist towards her to free himself while she grabs.

  • This is no Wing chun ot wt

  • yeah i dunno about this one. I like the way he simplifies wing chun in a few of the other ones, to break it down and connect the dots. But this particular application - this is just irresponsible. Somebody's gonna get thier forearms slit open. Check out Kali/Escrima, or maybe aikido concepts...

  • ..the girl is cute....

  • Stop all this hearsay and present facts i don't want to hear about try this style try that style. There are many options if I see a knife I'm out of there at least until I can counter that knife with at least more people on my side or a gun.Don't be a fucking superheroe wannabe the truth is get the hell out of there.

  • my opinion if getting attacked with a knife is to study kali because it was built on real life senarios and uses the most affective tecniques rather then a art that does not focuse on knife or weapon attacks

  • Up until this point this has been the best series demonstrating a martial art I have seen. But in Wing Tsun we are taught not to fuck with a knife.

  • We are taught not to fuck with knives, but we are also taught that running in theory isn't an option, as you are facing your opponent and thus he has the advatage speedwise. At least that's what my Sifu says when asked.

  • which is true if he is already in stab distance

which is wrong if he is yet far away and posing around

commons sense dictates: run if you can - fight if it is too late for running, or you need to protect someone

but never ever use two of your hands to control only one of the opponents extremities.

  • What I meant was that it is always theoretically impossible to escape, since the perceived threat will be facing in your direction, while you should be facing the opposite way.

A few months ago my Sifu demonstrated that none of us could possibly escape if he drew a knife even at a 5 - 8 meter distance. This poses a paradox: we are taught always to face our opponent, but also that we can't deal with knife attacks.

I guess that's why some WT people recommend Escrima as a supplement.

  • Yeah, ive done some basic ecrima as well. But the disarmin we have done there, used weapons.

But here we talk about unarmed vs armed scencario.

The escrimador w/o any tools (palmsticks, keychain, sword) faces the same problem as a wing chun person.

If youre lucky, your teacher (be it escrima or wing chun)

has teached you how to deal with it. If not, well..

can i have your stuff when youre dead? :-)

I am yet to learn a better way to disarm a knifist - that what ive been told in WT years ago

  • If you can run thats best idea, in martial arts you learn to stay away from fights and dont put your self in a dangerous situation, but you need to know the fighting too in case you cant run away.

  • As a 6 year veteran of Wing Chun even I must ask the question "what the @#$!" either grab a longer range weapon or run for it!!!! I don't care what style you practice if they have a knife the best thing you can do is run!

  • as an 18yr wing chun veteran who trained real anti-knife technques i have to agree.

w/o weapon against armed opponent is very last resort.

teaching that over the net is in any case iresponsible

    if this disclaimer is missing.

  • good point.

  • wack

  • Thats easily the stupidest knife defense i have ever seen, well done. And why does he tie his sash on the right side...?

  • i think the best way is to run. even if ur a master at this, still run. only fight if u have no chance of running

  • Don't really trust the knee to the elbow... What if you can't raise your leg that high?

What if your knee slips past attackers elbow?

  • its all about conditioning

watching this video doesnt make you shit

practicing this video and many others will only give you a good idea on what to do

it thens goes back to conditioning and finding which ones you can personally pull off smoother and without hesitation

the knee to the elbow will shatter the elbow if you know what your doing

  • Well I wasn't saying that watching this makes you shit. I just had some honest questions and was hoping for some answers. My personal knife defence is "move your legs rapidly in a manner that lets you run really fast". I know martial arts are all about practicing your movements over and over, but there always is a "what if attacker doesn't respond like this" -factor.

  • your right man people act in wierd ways which is why these videos can only give you an idea of what your doing

but my personal knife defense is to try and break there knee cap with a well placed kick b4 they have any clue im about to try some slick shit and if that doesnt work get the hell outta dodge

  • For those who dont belive these videos work then i suggest you should post somthing better. These help a lott for those who are willing to practice , not for bozoz who want to fight for fun ... That's the problem of showing these videos to the public. You never know who's watching.

  • my method is alot safer: Run like hell

if you can run as hell: find a way to run as hell

if you cant do 1 or 2: Then use defense techniques
