  • the chef really talented.

  • I like this version of Mark Bittman on the Indian Style of Rice Salad. Rice Salads are really great.

  • I love Indian styles of cooking, but I do not like much salads from them.

  • Mark Bittman is an absolute joy and delight to watch. How refreshing. Just goes to show - while there are many weapons in the chef's arsenal, pretentiousness doesn't have to be one of them.

A nice break from being screamed at by Gordon Ramsay or Marco Pierre-White.

  • should the cauliflower be cooked ?

  • don't be to annal 9633106604. it's his show. he can call it indian food, black food, whilte food, asian food, african food, or what ever. it comes out your annal the same. shit, poopoo, crap, doodoo, manure

  • Try and get the true recipies of such things.. before calling it indian..

We prepare such with lemon juice or tamirind juice.. and indian cooking RARELY uses vinegar..

  • I think he just means that the flavors are Indian-inspired.

  • you spit truth my friend, but try not to burst his bubble

  • Looks quite yummy...

  • thank you mark. your carefree simple approach is relaxing and joyful to see.

  • Oh... Happy Birthday. :)

  • Yummy, I think am going to try preparing that this week-end. Have to get me some Basmati Rice. I only stock what they call Jasmine Rice.

Mmmm, coconut milk, curry, cilantro & rice vinegar. Interesting combination of flavor.

    Thanks, Mark !
