I agree, it does sound like Buck Cherry, who cares lets just have fun. I also agree with Metal220, there was an overload of metal in the 80's, but I do think a lot of bands took their influences from the music that they grew up on. I was a drummer back in the day, but my influences were from rock, jazz, even big band swing, drumming. Then my uncle introduced to his music, Deep Purple, Edgar Winter, Led Zep. I tried to take these many styles and make up my own style.
