Apparently, Virgin's Euston to Glasgow route is roughly 1 hour quicker than NXEC's Kings Cross to Glasgow route.

Voyagers: I hate the hard cramped seating, lack of tables and bag space. They're noisy inside (engine under feet) and when I stand up I bump my head on the small overhead storage racks! The air con dries me out so they want me to buy a drink and the toilet door lock has caught out many people. The corridor sliding doors close when people are queuing to get out! Why? How many of us have thrust one open to save an old dear or toddler from one? The IC125s were more comfy and have more carriages.

Yes i think people should start to ask questions as to why the voyagers are never advitised.virmin probably know they are.. a pile of crap 5 coaches to short terrible reliability bad couplings when two consists are coupled together. (several trains have ether ubncopled from eachother or lost coneection with the driver) lack of catering bad ride broken toilets lack of first class coaches it could go on forever,bring on arriva cross contry and the 5 HST sets comeing with them LOL

the voyager interior wasnt made to last its broke and raggy already and i would chose a GNER mallard ofer them things anyday they need refurbishing or even better scraped virgin trains is just a trail of bad planing if they have really had the huge passenger growth they say they have then why have they reduced 8 coach services to 5 or even 4 which are unreliable and overcrouded i am glad they lost XC
