  • 1:20: Sounds like Trance Allstars--"Go"

  • your programming is great , the sounds are awesome, 5 star video and sounds !!

  • no resonant filters =(

...a typical mistake of 1990s synthesizers.

  • 3:50 amazing sound

  • i'm wondering is the X5D just a rompler ? or do you create the sounds from waveforms?

  • @darksky967 It's a pure rompler. But the ROM samples also contain saw, pulse, noise or sine. :)

  • I have X5D..very small but powerful machine this is...

  • I have used a similar technique as 04 ShinyOrgan but come up with a more 'hammond sounding' patch. Good stuff ;)

I have some tracks online pushrecords.offiicial.fm Velvet Heart and Princess Monoko are Korg X5D alone

  • you make me proud of having a X5D! hehehe

  • can you synthesize a lead from alphazone - rockin' (original club mix)? What sound is that, basically? Just JP-8000-style supersaw or with some pulse in it?

  • @bbluckyxx Got mine for 1111 DM (about 555 €), but it was back in 1998. ;)

  • @bbluckyxx I've got mine for 250 €, this year.

  • would the X5d sounds work for the Korg x50?

  • @Synthesized13 I'm afraid no.

  • really nice...i have x5d too..but i cannot play and program combi like u

  • Hey J, how you got these keyboard skills? Did you learn to play piano or someting this way?

  • @sanjarusskij I took piano lessons for 12 years and play for 15 years now. :)

  • @Hanni13579 and a profound love for the genre he's playing.

  • watch also, Tamse by FireflyCebu and Otan Slide Show. im using x5d on effects

  • Hey JayB :)

Old subby here, I've upgraded to 7 and had to download that midiOX thing

However im having a problem, Whenever i ask it to send the data it comes up with a message saying "sysex output devices: The port is transmitting data. Wait untill the data is transmitted and try again" Im ready to hit the damn thing!

  • Youv'e outdone yourself again. Question. Do use a sound editor or do you just edit from the panel and create from there? If I can get my hands on one of these boards, are these patches for sale?

  • @alcatras4 I program directly on the X5D's surface. And if you read the video description you'll find a link to download these sounds. ;)

  • A few sounds were exchanged to the previous versions and some are new. But most sounds are the same.

  • ProgressiveLd is your production? or is of another artist? I love it!

Eleven Thirty is the best track of this video! I love Korg! but i do not have money :-(

  • x5d i mean

  • @geofferzh79

    Around 200 bucks.

  • nice.. how much is the x5?

  • wie immer großartige Sounds

  • Hey bro your really good. Hey I have a video I made playing piano and I don't have any comments on it so it would be awsome for you to check it out and tell me what you think look up "SeapsKing playing some jazz music" I don't know how to read any notes And I play all by ear and I've been doing it for bout 10 years!!! Hook me up with my first comment on YouTube!! Lol. Keep up the good work brotha Mann!!!

  • would you do a soundbank for soft synths??

  • I'm currently working on a commercial soundbank for LinPlug CronoX3. :)

  • Are those sounds in sf (soundfont) format?

  • virus oO lol
