Nice video but the way you do this in vista is completely different. Here's how i done it.

Start > Control Pannel > Sound > Recording

Its most likely set to not display disabled devices so right click in the devices pannel and select "show disabled devices". You'll see one called "Stereo mix", select it, hit properties, and hit enable, should work fine after this.

IT WORKS! Just make sure that you adjust the sound before you click "Advanced" in the "Adjust the system volume" Otherwise it'll come out fuzzy when you put it onto Windows Media Movie Maker. And put all the clips in the Audio Music section for your movies. :]

You need to download it. It's a common problem on Dell computers. Download the XP Version (even if on Vista) and when running the set up, right click, properties and run as XP SP2
