Too bad Maybach will disappear in 2013. :-/ Bentley and Rolls Royce had far better success, but I'm sure Maybach was more comfortable than a B or a RR. Never been inside them but I think Maybach was better in some aspects, but technologically late to the Mercedes S class.

I've driven many cars-new Bmws,Porsche,everything but the most amazing car I 've driven was a new S class.It was the smoothest riding & most luxurious car I ever driven & been in.It was AMAZING.You felt special in that car.It would be a privilege driving that car each day.And it was the 2011 S550 4matic.Can't imagine how good the Maybach,S600 or the other high-end S classes would be.If you make it in this world you buy a S class,at least I would.

i would have expected a complete automated door to so the thump from closing the door and locks make contact is eliminated. that to me means more luxury and prestige. Watch the video again and hear how loud the thump is when the door closes.
