  • mounting these can be a pain; but if you have an overhead, load-bearing beam, you can get their X Mount and screw it in. Not the most aesthetically pleasing thing, but works great.

  • This is my fitness goal for 2009 - take at least three TRX classes a week. Forget the diet plan I want to be stronger all around.

    The workouts are challenging, they deliver immediate results (already able to do more push ups and pikes after just 15 days) and it's fun to do with my friends.

  • A couple weeks isn't immediate, nothing gives 'immediate' but these are really fast, most stuff asks you to do it half a year, not half a month, before it begins to work for us. TRX is nice, it's like half a gymnastic ring and can do many things. The only trouble I have is wear to mount.
