I also read about a woman who registered her dog to vote, but the dog never voted.
There are also areas that have no hard copy records of votes-to perform a recount and verify.

In Miami County, with 100% of the precincts reporting at 9am, Nov. 3, Bush had 20,807 votes (65.80%) and Kerry had 10,724 (33.92%). Miami reported 31,620 voters. Nah, the cheating on the counts is far more important in my opinion. They set up these side issues to distract people from the number one issue; vote counting fraud.
