@vintaqeGLAM I just made one! Come back to the video to find the link in the description box :) Keep in mind, the recipes I post - I did not make.. I got them from other sources. I just post my faves!
what it really helped me to leave sodas.. is mineral water, i just added some fruit inside and it has the same bubbly effect as soda, also really cold water and crystal light makes me drink almost a gallon a day with no problem hehe
@northsideqirl Haha, it's funny you bring that up! I was just discussing that with one of my girls. Yes, I am considering making a Tumblr (it's easy to manage) regarding those, so it would be easier for you guys to know my diet more in depth.. When I finally come up with one, I will let everyone know :)
@cerulean19 Coconut water is just watered down coconut flavor from a baby coconut. It would be a different story if it were drinking coconut milk. So YES, you can drink coconut water without it effecting your stomach! :) I do it all the time!
Something that helped me a lot was to write down everything that went into my body on a normal day. It is shocking to see just how much you are eating!
@funnygirl4313 That's a great way to look at it too! It's definitely a shock right? But if they are good foods that you're writing down... that's a plus !! I actually eat a lot to keep up with my fast metabolism. I didn't mention that in the video but I eat about 4-5 small meals throughout the day =) Did writing your daily intake change the way you eat?
We have the same book! Subbed <3

I am lactose intolerant as well. Does that mean I am able to drink coconut water without it affecting my stomach negatively?
