The second part of your statement is somewhat true, but when a countries ideology is radical and potentially harmful, then the United States will step in to mediate the situation. Ww1, ww2, Koiea , Vietnam, Somalia, east Timor, (every single peasekeeping mission) including Rwanda, and now in Iraq & afganastan.

They make them this way to get in touch with the inner kid in the future soldiers, the kid that fantasised his youth on action movies and guns and whatever. Pchycoligy man. Commercials are aimed at certain groups. Ads, for example , like Coke Zero ads are aimed at guys, Coke lightads are at women, both cola's pretty simular, the word "Zero" captures guy's more than "light". Just an example.

The UN bitched and complained but they did NOTHING to stop them. What about North Korea? As far as I know their nuclear program is only getting larger despite UN objections. How about the problems in Somalia and Africa. The UN sure has done a lot of good. Not.....
