I feel, since I moved to Norway, that I do the same here. Language barriers and a bit of embarassment in squeezing in clothes I have slowly outgrown from the USA. Clothes here are expensive and usually too small. XXL clothing here is ridiculoso priced.
To one of my newest bestest friends and it's obvious you have found your program to maintain by logging and weighing. I'm not a logger (lumberjack or otherwise) but I do weigh every day and try to eat boring because there are so many more exciting things in life! I know you are going to make it by sticking to your program and I'm so happy for you and honored to be considered a friend. The trick is to find the program that works.
