HUGE tip for melee DPS:

Make sure you stand as far away as possible from him! He has a very large hit box! You can stand about 5 or 6 feet away from him and still be able to hit him.

I can run him on 10 man, and I do okay. But I don't play so well on 25 man because of the lag.

I ran this 25 man and couldn't make the jump lol so much lagg.

Its fun to kill him but he's a pain in my ass.

it's happened before to me..i kept dying .. and i kept lagging. i still lag. just turn everything on low on your video settings, turn off all your open programs, turn off your anti virus, turn off the in game sound, disable all the mods..and i get lucky if i have 3-4 fps :D

nope, i say thaddius. on heigan, even with 1 tank, 1 healer and 1 dps remaining, you can still down him, take forver that but means a wipe. Thadduis, if you lose 1 dps, you it will be harder the enrage timer, not to mention battle res and SS are bad ideas coz youll jsut die as you res

We had 2 wipes on Thaddius, and 1 wipe on KT. That's it.

It was UBERL33TPWNAGE.

I didn't get an Armageddon though. Nor a Betrayer of Humanity. Still stuck with the same 'ol shitty blue.

this boss is not so hard... you need just to pay attention at your debuff when polarities switch that's all(oh and imba dps for downing him befor 6 minutes:D)

Thaddius has a 6 minute enrage from when he becomes active.

This is the Tactic my guild use, the only problem with this is melee can stand close and kill eachother. the hit box is rather big so try stay as far from the other group as possible.

You need to make sure that you look at your charge. The way that we do it is that we all start in front until the charge comes. The place where we start is the designated positive area so if you have a positive charge you always run to the starting spot. It sounds like you had a positive charge and moved to where the negatives are supposed to go.

So you just need to pay attention and dps/ heal like a madass. Means some buttonmashing from the tank too imo. I guess that's why blizz took out crushing blows. If i were to guess, i would say: dps is gonna be a challenge in the next patches.

oh! the raids im in usually do - left side and + right side. i never thought of doing it 90 degrees!

it DOES look better that way. running straight thru the boss with lag is dangerous, and u lose dps cuz u have to turn around immediately.

on the other hand, at 90 degrees, u get to face the boss the whole time, and without the boss in ur way, its easier to judge distance.

thx, ill have to suggest that in my next raid.

Kyreniax just run right through the boss, if your raiders reaction times aren't slow as hell you have plenty of time before the charge will start doing damage.

ok guys i have a question, our raid is moving negatives and positive from side to side from the boss's right hand so we dont damage the opposite charges, but i think we are loosing to much dps while moving, i noticed u guys just move a little bit very quick but walking through each others charges, so u guys in the transition receive damage and everybody heals the damaged people?

You get 4 seconds until the effect takes place. if a minus runs through a plus after 4 seconds is up its a wipe.

the debuff you get is multiplied by how many people are near you with the same debuff.

meaning, if you and 9 other people all have a + charge, then you are going to be doing 90% more damage, hence the buff.
