  • Unless yoga prevents the virus from attaching itself to cells in the body through breathing and stretching exercises,this is total bullshit. H1N1 is an airborne virus. Once someone gets it, it will depend on that persons immune system on how severe the disease will be.While yoga helps boost the immune system by decreasing stress hormones, and increased oxygen distribution,at the end of the day it will never prevent someone from getting sick from the virus. the only prevention is isolation, MD
