Even if you are playing without bass, drums so on, dont put this bass line, with this rhythm, you can better use inversions without fifth and root. About dynamic, everything is the same, with no feeling. I suggest the same of Airfire29, listen to more Bossa and keep practicing so youll have better results.

Nice try--but I have to agree that it sounds too bangy, no feel.  Tip: think of yourself as a guitarist, as that is the classic bossa instrument. You never hear the guitar banging away like that on a Jobim tune. Keep trying though, you'll get it!

hey man, you need to listen to bossa nova! this is sounding like salsa!! or some other latin rhytim, but not bossa nova. you got to pay attention on the rhthym.. and you should play it with more feeling not just holding down the keys with no dinamic

Dein Deutsch ist sehr gut. Ich wußte nicht, daß es so lange dauert, so ein Stück zu lernen, da ich gerade 1 Jahr Klavierunterricht hatte und deshalb noch keine Erfahrung. Aber ich versuche es nun. Weiter so und wenn Du wieder was hast, stell es ruhig rein. Ich finde You Tube toll, besonders für Musiker.

Danke sehr :) Für mich es war auch nicht einfach es zu lernen, vor 1 Jahr war gar nicht gewohnt Bossa nova Rhythmen zu spielen,so Ich brauchte 1 Monat nur die ganzen Noten auswendig zu lernen, und noch 1 Monat das Stück zu "polieren" :) aber damals Ich hatte auch nur 2 und 2/1 Jahr Erfahrung.

Das heisst mit Geduld schaffst du es auch:) Ich hoffe mein Deutsch noch deutlich genug ist:)
