I have artillery that goes off about 7+ miles from my home, and I can hear my things rattling and my home shake when they use them. I can't imagine a 110 story building falling 150 yards outside my home.
Fire was strewn throughout the building for hours, burning and weakening everything.
It doesn't take a genius..

@MetalSights I don't know dude but Edna Cintron seemed pretty comfortable in that hole. It's not WTC1 or WTC2 that I'm that worried about... it's the 62-story WTC7 that I cannot make sense of. It fell too quickly and perfectly, there seemed to be nothing slowing it down on one side, which is what you'd expect if fire caused it to buckle/partial collapse. And the fact the BBC reported it fallen 20 minutes before it fell, the Prime Minister of Denmark also was informed and... Barry Jennings!!!

@STALKER1918 Read some history. What we supported is now the commonly known Northern Alliance which continued to stand up against the Taliban after the ISI assisted them in coming into power. Some of the leaders of the NA did assimilate with the Taliban and many became high-level leaders, but Pakistan is what helped create the Taliban....not the US.

They are very well trained only their training is limited because they were trained to fight more conventional wars, so if we were warring with another power the results would probably be different. Also it is kind of hard to train the average soldier to find IEDs, but my main point is we rarely lose troops in firefights. : )

The majority of casualties recently have been from IEDs. I don't know if you have ever done an IED training course or anything but it is scary as hell. The enemy is very smart. Imagine you are walking and then you just blow up from stepping on a regular patch of ground. What level of training can prevent that. The IEDs are invisible.
