@BlooOcean Um. Tager is definitely not a good character to play as at a medium or high skill level. Tier rankings are an indication of how the win/loss ratio would go in a long set between two equally skilled players. Those rankings are perfectly valid indications of how good a character is overall. Just because there is an outstanding player of a cruddy character doesn't mean the character is good; on the contrary, it means the player is _much_ better than his opponent.

@BlooOcean The problem is you're looking at tiers incorrectly. Instead of taking them as "Do not play these characters, they are bad", they should be seen as "The top characters are the most competitive characters, and if anyone plays a lower tier character they are a hero"
