Wait did they say that WE can BUY them not lease them? This must some kind of dream or something. I wonder if you can spend more money on batters if your wanted to to add more range like adding them to the back or soming
IT'S ABOUT TIME !!!!!!!!! The next step would be to mass produce free energy home generators so we literally don't have to pay a single dime to power suppliers!
Wow is this a dream, am i really seeing this happen. I brought a Yaris in 2006 was ok with the gas usage but kept saying why the hell cant we do better and in our own country, looks like they did it both, again thank you BG and i will be looking to buy one soon
This video is on my log-box, on my main page. It has inspired me to create a video today, I hope that the same wonderful news is equally coming to the Uk, France, and to the rest of Europe and the World.
Long Life Electric Car! We love you!
Please sign the CHEMTRAILS PETITION , it's in the interest of our Environment too, it's from Australia and a good start for all of us,
Congress would not fund this b/c it is too efficient and would cripple the auto industry, as we know it. Same reason we can't get loans to buy Concrete dome homes they prove they use 1/2 to 1/3 the electricity of a traditional home can survive 300 mph winds fire resistant lightening proof hell just call it disaster resistant if you made them float they could survive flooding too. Lets face it the government wants more tax that means less efficient products we have to save cash for real change.
Great to see! Very impressive and as a representative of another green company for the 2 wheel world, it's always great to know that there are others who are pushing for this alternative energy source! Keep up the good work!
I have been watching the auto industry bailout hearings and realize that our Congress is being persuaded to look back and should really be investing in our future.
If Congress directed $25 Billion in the EV business, a company like BG, could produce 1.5million cars/year, save us $3 Billion+/year in gas, reduce CO2 emissions by 8 million tons/year and hire tens of thousands of auto workers to produce the cars.
The U.S. Government should be supporting the new "GREEN ECONOMY", companies like BG Automotive Group.
For USD $25 Billion (Bailout figure), BG could supply in excess of 1.5 million Electric Cars while creating thousands of auto jobs. BG will also be saving U.S. consumers USD $2.5-$3.0 Billion/yr on gasoline, and also reducing CO2 emissions by a minimum of 7.5 million net tons per year.
This is a real solution for our economy and our oil dependency problems.
The BG-C100 is powered by batteries produced by one of the largest battery producers in the world. The batteries can be recharged 450-500 times or approx 27-35,000 miles, long enough to last 3-5 years. With electricity at appx USD $0.02/mile and battery replacement costs at appx USD $0.05/mile,this equates to USD $1.40/gallon based on a vehicle that averages 20 miles/gallon. Remember, this include battery replacement costs. No oil, no filters, virtually no other maintenance.
BG pulled off what the large automakers could not or chose not too. This car is unbelievable.
T.Boone Pickens, Gore, Buffet,Icahn should be supporting companies like BG. And the U.S. Government should stop talking about GREEN INITIATIVES and spend more money/time supporintg the "New Green Economy" NOW, as Thomas Friedman of the New York Times suggests. Bravo
I love the idea of Electric Cars. No new infrastructure required if you have an outlet in your Garage. I don't like T. Boone Pickens because he invests a little in Natural Gas, and Windmill Real Estate, and then, *Surprise*, wants the taxpayer to pay for his Windmill Farms and Truck Conversions to Natural Gas. Since Gasoline will ultimately be much much more expensive than electricity, Electric Cars are really the only pragmatic solution. 1/2 the polution is the icing on the cake!
Great car BG. The truth is Nev's can be driven up to 50 MPH in Kentucky, 35 MPH in 8 States and 25 in all other States except for 4. Perfect urban and suburban car, also great for students (high school and college, shore and resort towns, actually all towns/cities. The truth is, 80% of all Americans do not travel more than 40 miles per day. This is the perfect solution for eliminating our dependence on foreign oil while still being able to drive a fun car. Thanks BG Auto.

great!
If you just drive on surrface streets only!
Not fast enough for freeway....
Very reasonable price...would almost buy one if it was faster, longer range, sold with an integrated solar kit charging station.
Easy swap-out battery pack???
Tanks for sharing!

This is amazing. We just spent a few billion on the two American Companies that cannot produce even half of this solution.

Jayhubert's comment got it right,
"This is amazing. We just spent a few billion on the two American Companies that cannot produce even half of this solution. "
Let me take it farther:
1. Financial institutions that we spent bailout money on, which now are not lending to us.
2. Health insurance companies that advertise coverage that they never intend to give out when needed.
3. Insurance companies that also behave as in #2 above - isn't this fraud??? Is anyone seeing a pattern here?
