U really have to go on ps home and go to the socom places and find the gold ak pieces then get the gold ak on home start the game and u got gold ak-47 legit n u can put attachments n stuff on it aswell

You can get a golden ak from playsation home. And be able to pit attachments on it. But it takes forever. This is quicker

Likely cannot make party because of your connection. Certain guns you have to buy with the DLC. The golden ak-47 was just a "ha-ha" gun.

on socom do you unlock stuff when you lvl up?

You unlock items when you make your weapon specializations something. Then you use those weapons untill you level up that weapon category. So yes, it is possible to unlock things.

Yes, in CO...I think if you get like 100 headshots with each assault rifle. You will unlock the golden ak.
