Yes, heavy rain and hail as well. I forgot to say that in the video. I don't know about snow yet. it being summer time and all.

wahat the heck is is a car decal? it looks like it is just a heart shaped peace of paper on the back of your car and i also liked your bathing suite and summers hair was nice!

Google it, and it's a plastic sort of paper that won't some off due to weather and such. And thanks about my swim suit I got it at walmart last year on clearance for 3 bucks:)
