Just in case anyone is wondering, Owls can spin their heads around like that and also like a wheel because they have eyes that are too big for their eye sockets. This is because they are nocturnal and allows them to see better in the dark however prevents any ocular mobility. Ergo, they can spin their head in exorcist like ways.
