@mynameisvallu They aren't hurting it at all. Look at how the dog blinks. The goggles aren't shifting into the orbit and the skin is still loose enough that the animal can blink easily. I think the goggles are a bit much but I highly doubt they are hurting the dog.

Haha - yeah .. start 'em young!

Actually a shepherd at 6 months is surprisingly strong and fast. We started when he was about 8 or 9 months. He didn't always pull me in the beginning .. I just used skates to keep up with him and train him not to run into cars.

JS (my dog) was a very easy to train (at just about everything). Took about 6-8 weeks to get to the point where I felt we could go just about anywhere.

Not when the dog is pulling you at high speeds .. Maybe on inlines. But not in Heelys. I doubt you could in inlines either, but I'm not 100% sure.

Pavement is really tough on the joints. His dog is overweight at 100lbs.(if he's a full GSD). that will add stress to his hips/joints.

Great video, i also do this with my dog, he is a greyhound/lab, i have always put a harness on him but never boots.

Your dog is cool looking too. He looks almost like he can be Roxy's brother. Actually our Zeus and Roxy are not siblings. Roxy is the oldest born Nov 1, 2000 and Zeus was born Sep 9, 2001. Both are unbelievable dogs. Very intelligent and quick thinking, especially Roxy. Friends who know her believe she can actually talk, but haven't been able to capture a great talk session yet on video. I'm working on it.
