Not quite - Mozart copied out Abel's Op.VII No. VI, which lead to it being catalogued as Mozart's 3rd symphony for a while, but it was also in Eb major like this one. Op. VII differ from Op. X in that there is more independence and concertante writing in the wind parts of Op.VII. Here in Op.X the symphonies could be played by strings alone, or with the winds to add some colour and fill out the harmony in places.
