  • You don't actually dislocate your arm when you do this.

  • i don't think you are supposed to dislocate your shoulder. if you think you should, then go ahead try it out. when you finally get it back in proper place tell me how it feels.

    stretching is good, dislocations are not. believe me. i dislocated mine 5 times and hopefully no more. it hurts just as much the 5th time as it did the first, at least i can pop it back in myself now
