  • Nice track for drifting!!

  • Good Drift

  • Great video. Really good mix of close up, follow and wide shots.

  • @SyedTheDulax he did idiot

  • Great drifting. How much do you spend on your hobby in a year?

  • esa musica es del need for speed most wanted

  • song: "celldweller" with "one good reason"

  • Name of song Pleas ????

  • @MrMetaliko666 dude I've answered this question a few times and the song title and artist is in the video itself. Its One Good Reason by Celldweller.

  • @Comley27 if you put the song name at the description! it will easly to know! idiot

  • @SyedTheDulax Mate if I put it in the description on one site what happens to the rest? Believe it or not youtube isn't the only place this video exists (even if its the only place I posted it). I just thought if you're watching the video and the screen goes black with two lines of white writing people would put two and two together. I will put it in there, just incase people don't want to watch the entire video :)

  • @MrMetaliko666 read description.

  • Name of Track ?? xD

  • sind das benziner

  • whats the song name

  • are they tt01 or some other rc cars?

  • They are Yokomo Drift Packages.

  • were did u bye that

  • wo wat the fk are they petrol

  • jajaja dale color XD ta weno el video =

  • nice.

  • perfect video, muito bom Brasil

  • i have 20 tamyna car and 7 nikko

  • Great Drifting, Nice Cars & Great music. What else could we wish for. Well done.

  • dont the wheels like ever burn out and you have to buy new ones?

  • @applerules100 the wheels are hard plastic so they wear down eventually... so u do have to buy new ones

  • thats me and my brother in that vid i never knew it would get that popular lol, good work tom need to make a new one soon :)

  • this is a great vid, you did good on the drifting. im planning on getting a car myself off craigslist it comes with 2 bodies and the Tamiya TB02 chassis, is that a good one? (the chassis)

  • is yokomo drift package complete with transmitter, motor, esc and all dat???

  • no...

  • If you are a Pro, YOKOMO is Highly recommended. But if you just starting go for HPI OR TAMIYA. get a feel of it first.. Because YOKOMO got a nice price tag when it comes to RTR. But definitely worth it..

  • Dude you gotta be kidding... you can get a NiMH 4500mAh battery pack for around 60AUD .. think you over spending on ur battery.. lol.. it will last for min 30mins..

  • Oh yeah sorry now I think about it you can, all depends where you go. My estimates were a bit out as I haven't used my RC in a while.

  • thease cars are 1000000 % not electric

  • lol.

  • WOW your a fuckin genius

  • Great editing to the music!!!

  • this electric cars?????

  • ...Seriously? Yes they are, as I said in my last comment.

  • yes, its eletric car

  • Yes all electric. Batter life depends on what size battery you get, really how much cash do you want to spend. Can pay above $100AUD for some lasting 15 minutes or more depending on what motor you use. Or you go Li=Po which are about $300-$400 AUD.

  • where the rc's used in this vid stock?

  • i spent $30 on a 4200mah battery that lasts 30 min

    i have a 540 motor

  • That eletric cars????

  • how long can the battery give power ?

  • cool i like it

is anything get broken by the crashes?

  • Nah nothing broken in these crashes. Sometimes you might snap a tie rod, wishbone, hub or diff, but you gotta hit it pretty hard at the right angle.

  • wat song is this please tell me

  • hey, those rc look pretty cool, but what makes them drift, i mean, the have no hand brake or stuff (i think)....

  • Pretty much just hard plastic tires. They are AWD so its hard to spin out (if you are, just power out and the front wheels will correct you). You lock the rear diff so it kicks out easy and yeah, it just slips. Think of it this way, in real life, you can drive a drift car without drifting, but its very hard to drive these without drifting, it just happens.

  • ok thx :D

  • or electric tape on them

  • are these electric wich im geussing they are but where di u buy them from

  • pure power ;)

  • its a thrill to se u drive u are very god

  • wat mods can i do to my r/c to make it go faster

  • Short answer: Faster motor.

Long answer: Depends if you are grip racing or drifting. I am assuming you're drifting, so I'd suggest tires. Try the Yokomo single band tires, they go well.

  • wat is the song name .

    where can i get started

  • I thought I put the name in the video? Its by Celldweller and called 'One Good Reason'.

If you want to get started I'd suggest a Tamiya TT-01 or TB-0. The Yokomo Drift Packages are great for drifting but very expensive. You can get these on eBay or at your local hobby shop.

I would also suggest joining an online forum, you'll find most of your questions will have been answered.

  • do u think i should put a 10.5 turn motor in my car or leave it as a 17t?

  • Depends where you drift. A track like this has long, wide corners, so a fast motor is suitable (I used a 15t, but both cars in this video use a 17t).

I think the 10.5t isn't worth it, considering you already have a 17t.

Brushless motors would be great, never have to worry about power (but you do have to worry about breaking stuff with that much power).

  • Whats the song name?

  • Celldweller - One Good Reason

  • ok thanks. btw is it brushed or brushless?

  • I got my kit (without electrics) for about $300. My controller retails for $300 and my Charger for $120, not to mention paint for the body, motor, ESC and batteries.

I used eBay for most of my stuff.

  • how much was your car i need to know so then i could get one and i cant find them anywhere wered u get urs from

  • u can pick 1 of these cars up for about £100 on ebay or a good 1 for £150

    type tamiya tt01 ,tt01d ,tl01 ,ta03 , tt01e

the best make is yokomo but there expensive

  • shit yeah! i knew thisd be good as soon as i heard the beginning of 1 good reason 5/5 *

  • lol kwl i have a ansmann royal flash (off road) the motor is burnt out lol i have a video of it lol my battery only lasted 2/3mins though lol i want a drift car im getting 1 in august 4 my bday lol cant wait they look like fun

  • LOOKS LIKE FUN!!!!!!!!!!! woulda loved to hear the lil motors revvin lol mmmmmman i need more money for ALL my hobby's!

  • hey there, what battery are you using and how long can they last?

mine is dead after 30 min

  • It all depends on your motor. 30 mins is not a bad run time.

I use 3300 mAh and 3800 mAh, Mike and Joe use 4200 mAh, they get around 15-20 minutes, but our track is pretty much flat out the whole way, so if you're doing little tight turns and not using much throttle, you'll get a longer runtime.

  • love the cars, but god awefull music...gave me a headache and had to turn it off.

  • Quick question...What shell should i get?? A mustang GT500 (Old model) Or a Porsche GT3?

  • Nissan Silvia S15 :) The GT500 man.

  • Cheers

  • yeah i agree, get the GT500 its a fucking classic and a icon!

  • Thanks i've bought it now :] Black with clasic white racing stripes.

Also i bought somes new wheels. Chrome wheel with black spokes :)

Cheers you guys. When i finish putting the parts ill make a video for you

    Cheers Rhys.

  • yokomo mini package light thing is like 20pound 10 pound p&p brand new off ebay :) im getting rx7 and toyota

  • i can drift better with a fuckin tmaxx

  • Your just sayin' that beacuse your just upset that you don't have one. And you can do that kind of stuff...

  • Sweet. Thats heaps sick hey, coz you know, in real life, people drift monster trucks so much better then Skylines and stuff.

Don't post comments unless its constructive.

  • How much does the yokomo drift package cost?

  • i have an electric one, but very quick

how do i make it drift?

  • whats the song?

  • Ok thanks

    Really good Drifting

  • Did you use the dbox in this video?

  • It's already been asked, so here my same reply:

No we don't, and we've never tried it. But by the sounds of it, you'll have no control of the slide (the D-Box will) and it takes no skill.

  • good editer

  • is the hpi E-10 drift cars any good i might get one but am not sure

  • Yea it is so easy to drift i have one

    they are great fun! :D

  • whats the name of the song?

  • super!!!!

  • Little question..If you get a new cam don't use duck tape ^^ I trashed my new one the other day by sticking to the roof of my Nissan GTR :D

    Keep on drifting.

  • is it better to have a slower or faster motor to drift

  • When it comes to drifting you want a motor with low Turns. when buying a drifter motor look for about 15 or lower T

  • Slower...Take that from me :)

  • Yokomo Drift Packages.

  • what chassis do u use??

  • do you drift with the d box system?

  • No we don't, and we've never tried it. But by the sounds of it, you'll have no control of the slide (the D-Box will) and it takes no skill.

  • Does my rc car drift much better if i lock my diffs.

    Im drifting with pvc tyres.

  • yeah it will make it alot easier to swing out your rear end and give much more control to the front wheels.

  • i want one

  • sweet!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great video man, how long have you been drifting? And what was the name of the guy that did the filming on the video, it was far out man!!

  • Thanks. We have been drifting for probably about 4 years, maybe 5. I filmed and edited the video.

  • what's the music of this video?

  • it says it in the video, the song is 'One Good Reason' by Celldweller.

  • yap... NFS: Most Wanted soundtrack

  • Those are expensive rc battery or gasoline?

  • Yeah they can be expensive, these are the electric kind too.

  • I want to make my e10 drift car faster wat should i do?

  • change the motor

  • YOU ROCK!! :P

  • the rc drift cars on ebay wen ya read the description it says electris not encluded does that mean its onli the shell and wheels ur buyin and if so how much do yhe electrics cost...if anyone nos please let me no....cheers

  • when it says electrics not included it means you get a rolling chassis with body and wheels. Without engine, remote crontrol, battery, loader so its missing all the electric stuff...PS dont buy them buy the 1s that are ready build or complete building kits

  • normabrahm, expect to pay between $400 and $500 for a complete car with remote. There is the Axom which is a hover car that is much easier to drift.

  • nice vid your really good at drifing and nice cars:)

oh and how much are like these drifers i probley would get one:P

  • i used to drift with $15 walmart rc car

  • its true these r extremely expensive but i know a good place 2 get a bargain driftin r/c wich is wat begginers would want but i gotta ask a question is the a skyline r32 or an r34?

  • They are both R32 Skylines.

  • where do u get these cars and how much were they

  • You can get them at any good hobby shop or off evay. They range from a couple hundred dollars for a basic car or a couple thousand for a pro set up. These specific cars (Yokomo drift kits) are about $600-$700.

  • i have a tamyiya touring, converted to drift, cost me $450, drifts awesomely

  • can basic cars drift?

  • Any AWD RC car will dift as long as it has the right tyres (ABS, PVC pipe, electrical tape, or proper drift tires) and usually a locked, or tight rear diff.

Real cars is a totally different story.

  • hey!! which car is better do drifting, electric or petrol??? plz

  • I like electric better as its easier to keep clean and looks better.

  • this EXACT song isnt on need for speed MW.

its the instrumental because the lyrics are probs to rude for EA games.

    CELLDWELLER!!! xD

the next video should have celldweller- birthright on it

    good as drifting!!!

what kit are you using in this vid??

    tt01?

check out "explosive drifters" videos on my account!!!

    peace!

  • i think he chose this song because it was in need for speed most wanted

  • I only chose this song as it was 'fast' and had heaps of variations in beat, which you can hear when the scenes change (such as slow motion/fading when music fades).

I didn't even know it was on Need For Speed.

  • nice drifting cant say the same about the music lol personal choice so not really for me to say keep the drifting going mate

  • man all these vids on rc cars a good

but all the heavy metal emo music is really gay

  • Does it cost to use this circuit at hobby habit? Is it at blair Athol?Do you know how much their cars costed? Are they nitro or electric? If you could get back to me as soon as possible that would be great. Thanks Mate

  • Yeah it cost $10 to use it for a day, or $5 if you're a member. This is the Melrose Park one on Daws road. They sell kits for about $400 or $500, but we've spent up to about $1,000 on all the best gear, I think my current expense is about $1,500 (I have SO much stuff).

People drift both nitro and electric, but these are electric.

    Thanks for your comment.

  • cool vid and cool cars

  • cool vid!!!! what is the song name & artist? (sry my english is poor)

  • Thanks for the comment!

The song is called 'One Good Reason' by Celldweller.

  • cooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool

  • thATS gona be my car some day

  • i got this song from my game xgra

  • were is that?

  • Hobby Habit, in South Australia.

  • decent drifting, awesome soundtrack! Cellweller ROCKS!!

  • are they 190mm or 200mm bodies cause i want one!

  • I think the plain yellow car is 190 and the Gold/black one might be 200mm, not 100%. The plain yellow one is an ABC body and the Gold/black one is a HPI. Both are Nissan Skyline R32's.

  • Wow man

    Great vid :|

  • You really recorded a cool video!

Do you used another rc-car to record the video?

  • Thanks!

Most of the time it was just me holding the camera but I did actually strap the camera to my chassis (with no body on). It makes for some good footage if you get it right, I need more practice to get it running smooth and keeping the car in the shot.

  • awesome foursome

  • Comley27

im looking to buy a "Tamiya

    1:10 Nizmo R34 Ztune TT-01"

but it dosnt include a 2CH.

do i need that to drift?

    please write back thanks.

  • Jason,

Most car kits (unless RTR which means Ready To Run) come with the chassis, wheels, tyres, a body, and a stock motor. Many Tamiya kits (such as the TT-01) come with ESC's. You're chassis needs a Servo, Receiver, Controller (all of these 3 come with contorller kits), a motor, an ESC, and a battery. If your kit comes with a ESC and motor, then buy a 2CH Radio (controller) and you will usually get a receiver and servo included. I suggest a Futaba 2PL.

  • hello is a "Tamiya

Mazda RX-7 sports car drift-spec TT-01D chassis" worth buying, since im looking for a rc that can drift ,it has Drift Tire Type D with purchase.

    please write back thanks.

  • The TT-01D is a good drift chassis, however the tires that it comes with are way too grippy. I suggest buying either Yokomo Single band drift tires or get some PVC or ABS (Poly) piping and making your own tires. It needs to be 52mm diameter and have a good wall thickness.

  • Thank you.

  • S.A Hobby Habbit i been there

  • The twins both have Yokomo MR4-TC SD Drift Packages. I recently bought one from Dinball on eBay and it has to be the best drifter I have owned (I have been through about 7 different ones).

The twins got theirs from Hobby Habit though.

  • hey where did u get ur car.

i been looking all over and i cant find any

  • This is really aewsome !!! I am about to buy a LOSI XXX-S R dift car RTR 369$ I hope its worth it. What kind of car do you got?

  • is it hard to lean to drift? i want to buy a drifter but i think it's hard to do :s psz reply

  • It may take a day or so to get the hang of drifting, but then from there its just setting your car up how you want (if its adjustable) and just getting better.

  • wrong music but good drifting!

  • i want to start doing this also.

but when i look online at yokomo kits its says i need to buy extra stuff what stuff is that?

  • Most kits come with just a clear body, chassis, stock motor, rims and tyres. To get going, you will need radio gear (controller, receiver and servo), a ESC (Electronic Speed Controller), battery and a charger. You may need o buy drift tyres if the kits doesn't come with them (although if its a drift kit, it will).

Try looking on ebay for a used, RTR (ready to race) chassis. Search Tamiya TT-01 or Yokomo Drift Package.

  • get HPI Sprint 2 Drift RTR Sets there only $209 and all u need to buy are the batteries, the rest is included

  • how can i get a 350z drifting r/c and how much would it cost? im really interested in trying this but i dont know where to start. please help

  • Its not about the 'car' itself, you can change the bodies, its all about the chassis. I suggest buying a second hand Tamiya TT-01 kit from ebay or a shop. New ones aren't that expensive either. I got my very first car for about $200 with everything and just put some poly pipe on the rims to use as drift tyres.

So ask your hobby shop or search on ebay if you want to buy online.

  • thanks so much
