This is the outstanding sound of a Ferrari V12 engine. Just think of it.... V6 engines with electrical hybrids in the near future.... Is this FORMULA 1??? I doubt it....
he just drives that beast like it was a gokart for kids that's why he is my favorite and the only man who I can think of that deserves to sit in that red v12 orchestra.
the 1995 412 was, without a doubt, the angriest sounding race engine in history. I mean in ALL of racing. Not even top-fuel cars sounded this pissed !
I remember being at Silverstone in 95' as a kid, and you could hear the Ferrari's DOWNSHIFT at the other end of the track above the rooar of the other cars. Magic. never heard anything like it. Only car that has sounded anywhere near as good is the Pagani Zonda, and thats a road car lol.

I hate to say this, but typical Jean Alesi. Overdriving the car. The Ferrari was a very good car. The car is only sideways in places because of him. Schumacher shown the following season with a car that was even further back from the Williams, that he could even at times, win with it. Lets face it, Ferrari used the rear end from this very car and an interim front end and Michael could still win with it. Look at Benettton in 1996, still a good car, but no wins in the hands of Alesi and Berger.
I hate to say this but typical pathetic comment by weallfollowmanutd who comes in all over youtube where there's a video of Alesi and says stupid bullshit about him with no facts to support it at all and when ppl point it to him he just dissapears after a few weak replies.
@Montreal95 oops... now I have understood what you were talking about... sorry! :) Ferrari didn't win in 1995 because they decided not to develop the car just after Montreal, but the aerodynamic steps already studied in windtunnnel and never applied came out just when Schumacher was in Maranello...
Schumacher drove the '95 Ferrari in out-of-season testing and couldnt believe how nervous the back end was compared to the Benetton of the same year, struggling to get a good lap around Fiorano! Remember Schumi took alot of technical guys with him from Benetton including Brawn which obviously helped the transition to the Ferrari era! Im a massive Ferrari fan and cant wait for 2010! :)
@kallo182 Fact is that Jean Alesi drove 201 races with different teammates. Not even Prost won in 91. Berger won 2 races to Alesi 1 in almost 80 races together. Say what you want. He never had a competitive car, and when he had it, it was unreliable (probably in 95 and 96).
Always wonder what Alesi could've done if he had resisted the irresistible and gone to Williams instead of the prancing horse at that time . . . . . .
This is how F1 cars are supposed to sound like!!

Mcyoussef 4 months ago
@Mcyoussef If they sound like prost's 86 car they will be better than this v8 shit that race today.... but they'll probably still go to 18k rpms

That sound is really unbeliveable, the best engine ever made in F1.

Would love it mate, and I hate to sound like a right-winger, but the left wing hippy zeitgeist would never allow it.

One of my most memorable F1 races was in Montreal when I saw Alesi win his one and only race in Formula One. It was great.

What a race track Adelaide was and still is for the V8 super cars. Best street circuit in the world IMO.

Oh yeah and check that engine, pure magic! Who cares if the 412 wasn't on the pace (it was in some races) the V12 scream just makes you smile!

You got a lot of Thumbs Down, but im F1 Fan since 1991 and i watch 95% of this Races Live, and i must say
You are 100% Right!!
1994/1995 Schumacher Drive Benetton and Win Races, Ferrari NO WIN!
1996 Schumacher Drive Ferrari and Win Races, Benetton NO WIN!
All the Haters and People who had no Clue about F1 give you Thumbs Down...
But you are Absolute Right!
Would Schumacher Drive McLaren 94/95/96 Than McLaren would Win.
