Everywhere I go to try and find the lyrics, it says it's called Sindon? But I found the people that made the song (Aji Project) and it says the name is Shin Don.

I found two websites that have the lyrics (the song is Korean, apparently), but I guess Google isn't very fluent in Korean because the lyrics don't make much sense... Oh well, love the song anyway, same as the video. Crying is healthy, I've been told. ;w;
