It's part of the Cultural Olympiad, put on by LiveCity Vancouver. I'm not too sure why it doesn't say anything about it on his site though.

yeah its on the olympics' official website schedule! its on the 18th though, not the 19th.

That gave me a bit of a scare there haha. I checked the Vancouver2010 site and it does say the 18th, but it says that it's part of the Whistler Victory Ceremony, which is a different thing from the YaleTown concert. I think he plays the victory ceremony one night and does the Vancouver concert the next.
