I don't think he has a harpsichord unison backing track, I'm pretty sure he has a preamp that enables him to have a setting where he has a harpsichord sample tied in with every note he plays.

I really don't like neoclassical music, I personally think it's the most useless and emotionless music ever. But really, the first time I saw this video (it was like 3 or 4 years ago) I was literally shocked. Jarle's technique blew me away and I immediately wanted to learn it. Great guitarist!

Yup, he's got great technique... what's really difficult (at least for me) is to keep the pinky right above the fretboard, as you can see, even Jarle's pinky moves just a bit towards his palm sometimes... but still, when I play, my pinky just goes all the way down to the palm when I'm not using it.. *sigh*
