I doubt it, the Atom processor pretty much sucks with everything. It would be interesting to compare an Atom to a Pentium M or Core Solo, or say.. a Celeron that happens to reside in the EEE.
Sure, I never said it doesn't make a great economical CPU, I just said it has absolutely terrible performance. Go ahead, do a benchmark, it is significantly slower than the Celeron M they put in the original EEE, and a fraction of the speed of any Core based laptop or desktop processor. I own a Acer Aspire One, and it runs things just fine, but that's because it's not running Vista and playing games.
vista is much more a matter of RAM rather than CPU.
im getting a wind next weekend and i ordered an extra gb RAM, to but in så i come to a total of 2 gb RAM. and then im planning on running vista on it. i hear that the battery time with it is almost 3 hours with vista vs. the 2 hours with xp.
uuhuhh i am really bored and need some action... Anyone feelin the same way

you can buy a USB optical drive, or if you are on a home network, you can "share" a drive with another computer.

I have a Flipstart that has a 1.1 GHZ Pentium M Processor with 512Mb RAM shared and it is great for many PC games. This one should be better I guess.

What battery is connected to it? the 3 or 6 cell?
DrPhizzle 3 years ago
I think they used the 3cell for this review
palle04 3 years ago
It's a 6 cell battery according to the google translation: "The team that tested on this occasion has a battery of six cells."
