You guy are all Idiots. That slump was created by admixtures and not water. It's a .34 water cement ratio with over 700 pounds of cement including micro silica and a corrosion inhibitor. The concrete tested at 3500 psi in 24 hours and over 10000 in 28 days. The spray is a evaporation retardant. It will help hold in the moisture until the slab can be covered and cured.
that slump is way more than a 4 try around a 6 if not more so- maybe super P and also- i would consider that broom job for agriculture pads so animals don't slip-
They set the slump. Higher the slump more liquid the cement and lower the slump (I think this is around 4in slump for example) then the cement stays in place cause it's thicker. Hope that made sense lol..
commercial in my area usually poor with a higher slump, myself working residential we usually poor at happy medium say 6 inch, like oatmeal if you will.
