Has anyone ever watched the end closely when the Team Fortress 2 logo comes up? In one of them, the Medic had some sort of chain saw. In this one he just wears average doctor scrubs. The Demoman has tnt in this one, the Soldier has a wooden stock on his rocket launcher, the Scout for some reason has a small machine gun, in Engineer Abridged the Spy has a different magnum, etc.

In the Beta, all characters had a different color pallette, the scout originally had the SMG(like the Nailgun in TFC) and the Soldier used what looked like an RPG. I think the spy had a silenced pistol and the Medic had a syringe, which eventually became the syringe gun after an update.

Scout had Machine gun at first, but they gave it to Sniper.

Soldier, they just changed it.

Medic, all I see is a giant syringe.

And Demoman, there was gunna be grenades in the game, but they were overpowered. I think the TnT was a grenade.

Although, in the Demoman update, I think they might bring the TnT back.
