  • Cd is great for car and modern rock albums for home listening, I use an mp3 player a Top of the range samsung, Dont like the ipod too brittle my samsung has been run over my a mini van true stroy still works and looks great 3 years old, Good for travel, At Home i like to listen to classic rock like Hendrix on New All analog vinyl it sounds good, Vinyl will never die in fact vinyl and Mp3 combo albums are very popular, Vinyl For Home Cd for car, and mp3 for travel.

  • I remember you coming to La Roche College a few months back and mentioning you were putting the Pigface album on 8-track. That's just an awesome idea!

  • I still use my vintage '70s Realistic 8-track deck/recorder daily. It is hooked-up to my computer VIA the mic port. I mainly listen with it, though I also record with it. Digital music can burn in hell. I won't even shed a tear when CD dies.

  • when CD dies, will those be the same tears you will be shedding when vinyl dies. as vinyl is still being made, selling thick n fast in england. lots of independant shops selling records, so i think you might be waiting a long long time for CD to die out

  • Vinyl will never die. CD will soon die. Vinyl and MP3 combos, which are becoming popular, will kill CD. CD is on the downward.

  • so your saying CD will die, But not with me as every MP3 i download i burn to CD to either play out DJing as i mix between vinyl and CD. or to keep, Yes i reffer records over cd, But CD takes up alot less space, and i dont particularly want to move home again from my ever increasing record collection

  • @pressgangers dude next gen of music is going be a little box with a usb input cd will die just like 8 track ,cassettes

(not so vinyl still can buy turntables for 300 bucks)

  • I still have, and actually use, my Beta machine!

  • Wana swap one of ours for yours? check mr spring...

  • well if its anything like the last few albums thank god its on 8 track so only a small percentage can hear you milk the same songs over n over then remix the shit out of them on the next 8 following albums

  • I was a huge fan, but, LMAO, I hear ya!

  • it's fun to use magnetic tape formats, and offer them to potential fans and collectors,

but' what's with the $100 price tag. This stuff comes in bundles for CHEAP at any thrift store, or ebay. C'mon piggy, offer it for a reasonable price, like others have, and then wait till it goes up in price in collector circles and then buy one back for inflated prices from a collector after you sold all your copies...how does that feel to have to shell out for a digital recording dubbed to an 8-track ?

  • you get $50 for sending me a video of yourself playing it .......and when we launched this we gave out (i think??/) $40 off coupons!

    marteeeeeeeeeeN

  • NICE :D.. my ignorance is now adjusted ;)

  • Fuckin' do it!!! Narduar and the evaporators and the smugglers (vancouver -{mint records?}) do it for fun still...

  • "i" personally think it would be in it's truest, most pure and enjoyable format on Phonograph Cylinders! Now i must be off to the Cafetouium, have to wind my Automobilatron.

  • The first music I ever got into was my brother's 8-track collection. Sabbath, Boston, BOC, songs getting faded out halfway through and starting back up on the next track...such memories. I want a copy of this.

  • Why on 8-Track? because your Crazy! or that you found some 8-Track equipment and you want to be 1970s retro... What's next PigFace on Reel to Reel Tape or 78RPM vinyl? It's funny I can play those formats but I don't have a cart machine or a 8-Track tape deck.

Will you be releasing a cassette tape version?
