I love my hot sauce and love a wall 2 wall selection even more, so when I found out about this place I could only imagine heaven. However, when I first visited this place it was quite to the contrary...more like a customer service nightmare. And then the next day i decided to phone the store rather then walk in and the customer service was just as bad and just as rude.
