  • Thought I was the only one that used tools like this! Thanks for sharing Tanya. I actually use lettermelater which seems to be pretty similar.

@CherylPullinsSpeaks I use this tool for the same reason you do. Even though I do work "outside" of normal business hours, I don't need my clients to know that. I have strict rules for sending and responding to client emails, phone calls, etc. So I just schedule my client correspondence via email to go out during those hours.

  • @StephanieTreasure Thanks Stephanie! I'll check out lettermelater and maybe even do a comparison review on this plus another one Cheryl sent. I just love tools :)

  • Great resource! I use a similar resource to respond to my clients when it is outside of my normal business hours. I write a response and schedule it to be sent during my core hours. You teach your clients how to treat you, and in using a tool like this I am teach boundaries. I used to respond all hours of the night and would then find myself in a middle of the night conversation...lol Thanks Coach Tanya for the resource!

  • @CherylPullinsSpeaks Awesome Cheryl! What a great approach. And I sooooo know what that's like. The freedom of getting your time back when you realize there's a better way - it's such a gift!
