What kind of faults are you referring to? Driving different lines to look for a better way through a corner, isn't a driving fault.

your shifting is bad. this is automatic transmission? what can be races with automatic transmission, maybe if u want to be a lastone. And not all turns is good. 5,6 turns to slow. 7 to long. 8,9,10 turns this is not look like at turns, very bad line....

The fact that I was 1 second slower per lap than a Porsche GT3 on Pilot Sport Cups (the white car in front of me) proves to me that I was doing a lot of things correct. That combined with 2 days driving with an experienced instructor we experimented with various lines through the corners especially the 7-10 complex. I was on stock PS2s where I had to scrub a lot of speed on the slower corners. The transmission is BMWs dual clutch transmission, very similiar to the tranny they use in F1.

I have to ask, have you driven this track?  Do you have actual track experience or is it all video game experience? I totally disagree with your assessment, and unless you've driven the track you can't really know the proper line.

In F1 using not automaticly shifting. U are slow because manual shifting faster ten automatic. Your turns line incorrect.

If you are ever on the east coast with a real car or motorcycle I'd love to follow you around the track so I can learn your cornering lines. I'm sure with all your hours sitting on your couch playing video games I could learn a thing or two about track driving from you.

Well I called them PS2s and actually according to tire rack they are called Pilot Sport PS2s, so we're both right. The folks in the BMW forums just call them PS2s most of the time.
