Yeah, but donkey kong was made by rare too, and megaman is capcom, I'm sure they could work out some kind of deal for banjo and kazooie, the've only had nuts and bolts on 360 anyways. still, if you disregarded ownership, it'd be pretty sweet to have them on smash bros, right?

hmm, dude they only did donkey kong country, donkey kong land and donkey kong 64, plus Shigeru Miyamoto is the creator of Donkey Kong, and banjo & kazooie was a original franchise made by rare, they only did the game for the N64, this doesn't make nintendo automatically the franchise owner, but yes, I would like them on the next smash bros.

@Thehunterpwn MegaMan kicks just as much ass as anyone else in the nintendo universe. Megaman is a complete robot, while samus is a human female in a robotic suit. get it straight.
