Nobody will ever know. I'm reading Percy Shelley's correspondence, and you risked prison during those times if you published poetry that the aristocracy didn't like.
I've just started the book. It lists people he wrote to with small biographies of them. It mentioned a printer of Thomas Paines "Rights Of Man" as having served a couple of years in prison for instance. Shelley's friend Leigh Hunt spent time in prison for his poetry. The aristocracy was just the various Lords, Dukes, monarchs, and other riff-raff that ruled over the poor subjects of England. Read his "Mask of Anarchy" poem.
Makes you wonder who the poets were or are.

Tell us more about Percy Shelley's correspondence and who the aristocracy was. Either in text or video will suffice.
